 I have 7 years of experience as a Professional Genealogist.  I have conducted various research projects for clients in which I have researched online and in onsite libraries, regional archives and university archives for client’s family history requests.


I have provided social, county history and boundary evolution information in the context of the client’s research question as well as specific primary and secondary information on specific ancestors with appropriate source citations.  

I use online paid databases such as Ancestry, Find My Past and Genealogy Bank as well as various internet resources.   I am a member of the Association for Professional Genealogists, New England Genealogical Historical Society, Ohio Genealogical Society (Ashland County and Hancock County chapters)   My research specialty localities include Virginia, Arizona, California, Wisconsin, Ohio and Pennsylvania.  

I have also tutored clients in Roots Magic software and conducted data entry for them using this genealogy database.  I have formulated client queries for online genealogy groups.

In accordance with the Association for Professional Genealogists annual education requirement: I have attended Jamboree (Southern California Genealogical Society), Ohio Genealogical Conferences conference and currently have a subscription to Legacy Family Tree Webinars.  

 I am currently studying Genetic Genealogy.  I have used Microsoft Word to create status reports for clients and project reports.
  
I have prepared clients for library research trips to the Family History Library in Salt Lake City, Utah. 
 I have conducted short research projects like locating client requested obituaries, Family Bible and photographic identification.
